Back in 1974 Pete and his family started serving pizza from a small storefront in downtown Castle Rock. Although their resources were scarce, their hard work and determination led them to a great pizza recipe. It wasn't long before Papa Pete's Pizza® became a very popular family gathering place and Pete moved the business to a larger site near the freeway. Today, we continue to expand the business and bring the unique, fresh taste of Papa Pete's Pizza® to new markets.

Our proprietary dough and secret sauce are made from scratch daily. We still slice our meats, chop our fresh vegetables, use only 100% real cheese blends and assemble each pizza to order.
